We would like to invite you to submit an abstract for either oral or poster presentation. Please note that only a limited number of oral slots are available. You can submit an abstract without registering first by using the abstract submission template provided on this page.
No presentation (either oral or poster) will be included in the conference programme if we have not received full payment for registration and accommodation for the presenting author by 31 March 2023.
GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTATIONS
Oral presentations
A notebook PC, data projector, screen and flip chart will be available for oral presentations. MS Office (Powerpoint) and Adobe Acrobat running under MS Windows 10 will be available on the notebook PC. Speakers should bring a copy of the presentation with them on USB Flash Drive) and are requested to load their presentations on the laptop in the break before their presentation. Speakers are requested to strictly adhere to the prescribed time limits for their presentations (to be confirmed at a later stage) and should allow time for questions (ca 5 minutes) within those limits.
Requirements for Posters
- Flash presentation of your poster in a maximum of 3 PowerPoint slides and a maximum of 3 minutes presentation. These presentations have to be submitted to the conference organiser not later than 10 April 2023. PLUS
- Poster: A3 size, portrait orientation, laminated. Material to fix the posters to the walls can be obtained from the conference secretary upon arrival at the conference. All posters should be up by lunchtime on Tuesday 18 April.
Poster presenters are expected to be available during the poster session to answer questions.

Contributions on the following topics will be welcomed. If you would like to suggest a related topic, you have the opportunity to do that on the Abstract submission form.
A maximum of TWO abstracts per presenter will be allowed.
